Hi, I'm Coach Becca! I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist, functional movement screen certified, USA weightlifting (L2) advanced sport coach, and pre/post natal certified with over 7 years of experience in the field of personal training. With a passion for senior and pre/post natal health, I have worked with diverse clientele ranging from firefighters to athletes, to older individuals, and mothers to be and new moms.
As a dedicated personal trainer, I understand that there is no one size fits all. I lean on my education to create programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of each person. Whether it's improving strength, or simply feeling better and healthier, I am committed to guiding my clients towards success with safe, effective, and evidence-based training methods.
As a pre/post natal certified trainer, I am uniquely qualified to work with expectant mothers and new mothers who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout pregnancy and after childbirth. With a deep understanding of the changes the body undergoes during this time, I provide customized training plans and support to help women maintain their strength and fitness during this important period.
My expertise in functional movement and strength training helps clients of all ages and fitness levels improve their overall health, mobility, and functionality. I understand that healthy living is not just about working out, but also about emotional and mental health. My approach is all about balance and sustainability and making movement part of your lifestyle. I focus less on the number on the scale and more on how you are feeling and moving.
With a focus on education, safety, and results, I am dedicated to empowering clients to live their best life and maintain functional movement for a lifetime.

I understand life exists outside of the gym and work. When I'm not helping people become their best selves, you can find me going on hikes, dancing to live music, or listening to self improvement and science podcasts. I LOVE peanut butter, my dog Zoe, and walks in Golden Gate Park. I enjoy spending time in the gym with my coach and teammates training for olympic weightlifting. I'm also working on improving my skiing abilities.
